What to include in a support request

• Device manufacturer and model
• Android version
• It's Driller version shown in Google Play
• A short description of what happened and the steps that led to it
• A screenshot, if it does not contain private information
• Whether you were signed in to Google Play Games
• Approximate date and time of the issue

Installation and updates

Install and update It's Driller through Google Play. If an update is not visible, confirm that you are using the same Google account and test track that received access, then allow Google Play time to refresh the available version.

Google Play Games sign-in

Google Play Games is unavailable for Child and Unknown age treatments. For an allowed Teen or Adult treatment, authentication can begin only after you press the leaderboard button on the Main screen. Finishing a run does not automatically start Google Play Games authentication. If sign-in is unavailable, rankings may show an offline or sign-in message while the local game remains playable. The current game does not include a separate Play Games sign-out button; manage the Play Games profile through Google Play Games or Google Account settings.

Leaderboard results

When an eligible player opens the Main-screen leaderboard, network availability, Play Games authentication, and Google processing can affect whether scores and ranks appear. The Game Over screen does not automatically sign in or submit a score. Include your game version, device model, approximate time of the issue, and whether Play Games showed you as signed in when reporting a leaderboard problem.

Local progress and uninstalling

Coins, equipment, upgrades, selections, best distance, preferences, and the age-treatment state are stored locally on the device. YGJeong Games does not provide an account-based cloud-save service for this progress. Do not uninstall the app as a troubleshooting step if preserving local progress is important.

Android may include this local data in cloud backup or device-to-device transfer and may restore it after reinstalling or changing devices. This depends on the Android version, device manufacturer, Google Account, and backup settings, and is not a YGJeong Games cloud-save service.

Moving to another device

Leaderboard information associated with Google Play Games is managed by Google. Other game progress is not synchronized by a YGJeong Games account or server. Android backup or device-to-device transfer may restore eligible local data, but restoration is controlled by Android and is not guaranteed as a game cloud-save feature.

Google Play Games profile management

Your Play Games profile is managed by Google, not by a YGJeong Games account. Use Google Play Games or Google Account settings to manage the profile and related game data. See Google's Play Games profile and data controls.
